Geranium

Pelargonium odorantissimum

Besides being a wonderfully fragrant oil, it has a lot to offer for its medicinal purposes. It is also popular in aromatherapy as it helps balance the mind and emotions. Geranium oil is steam distilled from the stem and leaves of geranium plants. Geranium oil has a romantic, floral scent which makes it perfect for adding to your natural cleaning recipe (especially for cleaning bedrooms) and in your laundry products. A simple, natural replacement for your dryer sheets is to add a few drops of geranium oil to a damp washcloth and put in your dryer with the laundry.
